What happens during a session?

Every session at Ealing Pilates studio is one-to-one, and based on STOTT Pilates. You use a combination of equipment and mat work to stabilise and support your lower back and pelvis. Flexible equipment means a cardiovascular element can be incorporated where relevant.
Your session is always varied and fun. Your posture and mental alertness improve. Your energy and confidence increase. A feeling of wellbeing becomes part of your everyday life.
